Opening Reception:

Morgan's on Fulton - 952 West Fulton Market, Chicago
Tuesday, June 27th, 2017
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Please join us in welcoming Alfredo LIBRE Gutiérrez and Jorge Moedano to Morgan's on Fulton on behalf of Beauty & Brawn Art Gallery and Sinergia Arts.

We are thrilled to be hosting these two very talented and versatile Mexican artists and muralists- both of whom currently reside in Mexico City. Homónimo will be their first collaborative exhibtion in Chicago to date. As long time studio partners and friends, Libre and Jorge have long worked together to jointly inspire and grow their skill. This is where the inspiration for this exhibition is derived... two individuals who have similar perspectives and origins but very different approaches and styles.

The evening will include drinks, an intimate discussion with the artists, live work, music and more. As always, the event is free and open to the public.

Free tickets are available here: www.homonimo.eventbrite.com

We will be collecting donations for Atea- a groundbreaking artists collective in Mexico City:

LIBRE will also be executing a 50 foot mural at the Western 1920 property in Bucktown while he is in Chicago, so stay tuned for updates on that. And be sure to stop by and support him!
